I had some mashed potatoes left over from yesterday, so I decided to make this. I only added the cream cheese and then added a handful of cheese to melt on the top. So good, tasted like a twice baked potato.

that looks really good. pedro and i are going to make mashed potatoes this weekend. there is a thanksgiving dinner at his ward this weekend. i am going to use ur recipe. on your leftovers you just added cream cheese and cheese?
yep, just cream cheese and cheese. although i think sour cream and chives would be so good. have fun!
