Final Product
Before I baked them
1st potato - rotten, had to toss it.
2nd potato - cut them up into skinny fries, tossed them with olive oil, crushed black pepper and crushed sea salt. Baked them for too long, of course, and they were burnt to a crisp. I did eat a few of the less burnt ones.
3rd potato - repeated what I did with the 2nd potato, but checked on them every couple of minutes so they didn't burn = delicious.
Here's the recipe:
Sweet Potato Fries
1 large sweet potato (or more if you like)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
couple twists of crushed black pepper
couple twists of sea salt
Bake at 400-450 for 15-20 minutes. Check on them regularly so they don't burn. I even tossed them once.

YUM! Okay- I love your blog. I haven't been on to read blogs in a really long time and have a lot of catching up to do--but I'm so excited to try all of your recipes and keep updated as you have 99 more kids :) Motherhood is the best isn't it!
