#161 - uncooked tortillas . . . why can't i find these anywhere?

When my sister flew out here a few weeks ago, my mom sent her with a package of uncooked tortillas from Costco. They are so good and remind me of the Cafe Rio.

I need to make this.

#160 - Get your carrots

Baby O loves carrots, the baby organic carrots from Costco, but especially when his Aunt Kar dresses up as a carrot.

#155 - Costco Hand Dipped Ice Cream Bar

I read about this and had to try it myself. Costco's hand dipped ice cream bars are delicious! They are so big, that I have to share with Pepe. (and I can only eat them once a year)

#143 - Costco Diapers

Seriously, they're a great price and keep Baby O dry. Plus, pulling each one out of the box, sure keeps him entertained.

*Pepe thinks Baby O looks like the baby on the box . . . round face, pale and bald. Too cute!

#140 - Baby O loves asparagus

Who knew? He hates peas, but loves asparagus*.

#128 - Chocolate Covered Strawberries

2 weeks ago, I made the best chocolate chip cookies ever and had some extra chocolate chips left over. I also had a bunch of strawberries I needed to use (I had bought the big Costco carton of strawberries.) (chocolate chips + microwave) x sweet strawberries = Yummy!

#115 - 2 Hats

My Saturday started and ended with a hat.I went to Toys R' Us with Baby O (Pepe was doing his homework). Look what I found in the clearance section? I was too cheap to buy it (and really you can't wear a St. Patty's hat year round), so I snapped a pic in the store. (I have a thing for making Baby O try on hats in stores.)

I took a pic of him in this jeep, because maybe looking back on his life he'll think we really got him this toy. We are such great parents :) If you don't tell, I won't (wink, wink.)
Then we headed over to Costco to meet up with my in-laws. We got hotdogs and buns for a cookout.We had Hebrew Nationals (not sure if HN's or Nathan's are the best?) Which do you like? My niece is sportin her mom's glasses to keep the smoke out of her eyes (smart cookie).
My nephew made a yummy s'more, a minature Crunch bar split in half with a roasted marshmallow in the center (another smart cookie.)
At the end of the day, Pepe had to drop off a gift at a wedding reception (I stayed home with Baby O). He had to whip out his cowboy hat for this event.

My boys (Pepe would want me to call him a man) sure look great in hats.

#49 - Apple Raspberry Slab Pie

$10 . . . from Costco . . . just the right amount of tartness . . . both Pepe and I devoured this in less than a week.

#44 - I eat at least one of these a day

I'm not a big meat fan, so this is one of the ways I get my protein. I eat at least 1, if not more a day because they are so good. You can get a huge box from Costco with like 30 in there . . . that would probably last me maybe 2 weeks. My favorite is the Honey Almond Flax.

#40 - Turkey Pepperoni

I wish Costco sold this. Only 70 calories for 17 slices...so worth it.

#2 - Honey Wheat Braided Twists

I bought a huge (I bought mine at costco, but this gives you an idea) box of Frito Lay "healthy" chips. 30 bags of chips . . . yum! Baked Lays, Baked Cheddar & Sour Cream Ruffles, Baked Doritos . . . and Rold Gold Honey Wheat Twists (pretzels).

Usually, I do not like pretzels, so the bags the twists where the last ones in the box. But, when I tried them, oh so yummy! You have got to try these. And there are a lot of them in the bag.

I want to go get another bag of these right now.
